  Warm and friendly service, they all helped us in our time of need and took very good care of dog when she damaged her leg.

  We recently moved from Sydney with our 2 pets, they made us feel very welcome, checked both animals carefully, they obtained their previous medical records from the Sydney Vets before the consults, first trip to Groomers there was great and Puppy classes a blast !

  Also, best place to take our dogs to be groomed, they always come out smelling so nice and fresh.

  Worst experience ever. My dog was not feeling well and my paniced son has taken her straight to the vet. He then rang me in tears saying they said she has a dead puppy inside her which she should have given birth to 10 weeks previous to this. I have then gone straight to the vets in which cause they refused to have her seen to until I pay. They gave me an $1100 bill as she was goin to be staying overnight in preparation for surgery the next morning which amounted to $2500 on top of the first bill. I could not get approval for vet pay and asked what other option we had. I was then told that she could be euthanised to say me financial hardship. I refused and paid $500 deposit and to return in the morning with the balance before they would do surgery. The following morning they decided to do an X-ray and found no puppy and she was fine to go home. So incompetent that this wouldn't have been checked before telling me to kill her and what if I didn't have the money. She would be dead now for no reason
